We collect personal data only through the free audit form on the site. The data requested is:

Name - to address you personally
Email - to send you confirmation and audit results
Phone - to contact you regarding the requested audit
Company - to understand your business context
Industry - to personalize the analysis
Message - additional details you wish to share

All fields are filled in voluntarily by you.

Additionally, if you accept cookies through the consent banner, we collect anonymized usage data through Google Analytics 4 (see sections 6 and 7 for details).

3. How we use your data

Your personal data is used exclusively for:

Processing your audit request - we analyze the information to prepare the free AI audit
Contacting you - we reach out by email or phone to schedule and conduct the audit

5. How we protect your data

Data submitted through the site form is processed as follows:

The form sends data through a secure API (HTTPS) to our server
Notifications about new requests are sent by email using a secure SMTP protocol (through Hosterion servers, a Romanian email hosting provider)
Data is accessible only to authorized persons within AI Guy

6. Third-party services

The aiguy.ro website uses the following third-party services:

Vercel (Hosting)

The site is hosted on the Vercel Inc. (USA) platform. Vercel may process certain technical data (IP address, browser data) for the operation of the site. Vercel complies with GDPR and provides adequate guarantees for data transfer. More details: Vercel's Policy.

Google Fonts

We use web fonts loaded from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com). When you access the site, your browser establishes a connection with Google servers to download the fonts. Google may receive your IP address through this connection. More details: Google's Policy.

Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage analytics scripts on the site. Through GTM, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used (pages visited, session duration, devices used).

These services are activated only after you express consent through the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which ensures that no analytics or marketing cookies are placed without your explicit consent.

Data collected by GA4 is anonymized and does not allow direct identification. Google may process this data on servers in the EU or USA, with adequate GDPR guarantees. More details: Google's Policy.

Hosterion (Email SMTP)

Internal notifications about received requests are processed through Hosterion SMTP servers, a Romanian service provider.

Personal data collected through the audit form is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If no collaboration is established, data will be deleted within 12 months of the last interaction.
